Patrons love our a New Venue

We have a new home! After performing at the Leah Posluns Theatre for  six years, we were forced to  look for a new home while the Leah Posluns Theatre undergoes reconstruction.

We found it and we love it. Our new home is at The Toronto Centre for the Arts (former Ford Centre). After we finished our first season in the new theatre, the audience all tell us that they love it. The atmosphere, the theatre and the staff are great, we're told.

The new auditorium is located in a newer building and has many other advantages over our previous space.

The Studio Theatre seats only 170 patrons, allowing us to bring you closer to our actors for a more intimate experience.

The theatre is better accessible by public transportation and has plenty of parking choices nearby at reasonable prices.

The Studio Theatre is a significant improvement for persons with special needs too. Hearing aids are available for the hearing impaired and the wheelchair and seating for people with walking difficulties are in the rows closer to the stage.

Another advantage that we are excited about is the availability of the box office at the theatre to serve you in person. The box office at The Toronto Centre for the Arts is open every day from 11 AM to 6 PM, and on Sundays from noon to 4 PM for your convenience. Tickets and Subscriptions for our season will be available at the box office starting June 1, 2009. (Phone and Internet purchases are available now.) Purchasing the tickets in person saves you money as there are no extra fees charged.

The area around the theatre presents excellent opportunities for pre- or post-show activities. There are many shops and restaurants, including kosher restaurants nearby to serve you better. You'll also be happy to know that we've arranged to carry a selection of kosher items at the theatre's concession for all to enjoy.

We love this new venue, and we are looking forward to bringing you more great shows at this lovely and friendly facility. We're sure that if you didn't have a chance to experience it last season, you'll love it too!
